Demystifying Leadership Terminology

We are often asked; ‘what’s the difference between a Mission statement and a Vision’, ‘what actually is a Strategy’ and ‘where do Values fit into all this’.  These are all common leadership terms and you can get very different opinions on what each of them mean when you go online and start researching.

 

So we thought it might be useful to give you our take on these terms and that’s what this video is all about.   It doesn’t make us right, it’s just our thoughts based on our own experiences and thinking.
