Help For Kids The Education System Ignores

This TED talk combines two of the things we are both passionate about, Leadership and Education!

 

Its a fab example of the power of belief in peoples’ capability and the impact that can have. The speaker, Victor Rios describes how one person, a teacher called Miss Russ, believing in him changed his life. He  also explains how he used the lessons she taught him with young people he has since worked with.

 

There are a couple of simple but, in our opinion at least, very powerful messages, which we won’t spoil for you by giving it away here. Please just give the video a watch and, as always, let us know what you think
