Do you find change exhausting?

We often get asked by clients who are going through change initiatives or change programmes to come in and deliver some sessions to leaders to help them manage people through change. While there’s nothing inherently wrong with that and explaining the change curve etc. does have some benefit, what many organisations fail to realise is the fact leaders don’t need a different set of skills to help their people through change, they just need to enhance and increase their levels of leadership activity.

We tend to find many organisation fall into the trap focusing on the process rather than the people and then wonder why they struggle to get their people to buy in and embrace the change. Here’s a really interesting TED talk from 2016 which talks about change and the need to put the people first.

Check it out we think it’s well worth a watch…
