What Happens When People Feel Safe?

 

Here’s an interesting 10 minute video by Simon Sinek.

 

If you’ve watched our previous blog posts you’ll recognise him. In this video Simon is talking about how leaders can positively impact on the commitment and productivity of their people by really getting the environment right.

 

In his TED talk he asks a question that really made us stop and think… How many people fear their leader. He illustrates his point with a great airline example I’d hazard a guess many of us have come across.

 

We don’t want to spoil it for you, but we think there are definitely some really interesting messages in there.
